Adding additional users is easy with Gym Insight (and not to mention free). We have three different levels of user access to choose from and each level has its own respective permissions:
Start by clicking on the location button (house icon) and then selecting Users.
Next, click on the new user button at the bottom of the users list screen:
Enter your user details, be sure to select the appropriate level of access for this new user. If you are unsure of what level of access to grant to this user then select Manager unless the user will only be a personal trainer.
After you are finished entering the user details, click the save button at the bottom of the screen.
If you’re going to use our on-line class schedule feature where you list your class schedules on your website then be sure to fill in a description of this personal trainer (or class instructor) in the area highlighted by the red #1 indicator. It would be a good idea to list your instructor’s certifications and experience here. And finally, if you want this user to be a personal trainer to view and complete personal training sessions with their clients then click on the check box next to the Personal trainer label (see the red #2 indicator in the image below):
