Before you can configure your payment gateway you must input more of your business contact and payment information. We call this upgrading to a premium account. We can’t start billing your members until we know more about your business. Following are the detailed instructions on how to upgrade your Insight account.

If you’ve already taken the steps below, you can jump to the instructions on how to configure your specific payment gateway by selecting on the options to the right.

Step 1: Log into Insight

Log into Insight by clicking on the blue log in button at the top of any page on this website and enter your username and password. If you don’t already have an Insight account, you can easily get one in 30 seconds by clicking here.

Step 2: Upgrade your account

We need more information about your business before we can start billing members on your behalf. We call this upgrading to a premium account. Upgrading is easy and just takes a few steps outlined below:

Start by clicking on the green Upgrade button on your Insight navigation bar (see the picture above).

After clicking the Upgrade button, you will find yourself on the plan options menu. From this menu, choose the option that will work best for your company. If you have any questions about the options or about pricing please give us a call at 1-855-FOR-GYMS.

Fill out your business information on the Upgrade to a Premium Account screen. This information will be used to generate automated email messages and US mail letters to your customers so be sure to put your postal address in these fields (see picture above). Once you’ve finished entering your business information, click on the upgrade to a premium account! button to continue.

Next you will need to enter your payment information. You can pay with any major credit card type. We will charge your card the amount shown once you click the process payment button.

After your payment has been authorized you will see the above confirmation screen. Click on the blue configure payment gateway button in to continue on to your payment gateway settings.

Next, choose your payment gateway type below for specific information on how to enter your gateway settings. You’re almost done!
