How To Load A Document To Insight

Insight allows you to load documents and enables your members and guests to sign them electronically. The documents you load into Insight can be used for a number of different workflows such as guest sign-up and creating a membership using Sales Guru.

In general, whenever you need to display a specific document in Insight, you first need to upload it by following this process.

This article will explain the process step-by-step process required to load a document to Insight.

Before you begin, be sure you have saved your document in PDF format on your local computer or smart device.

  1. Sign into Gym Insight account, click on the Home Icon at the top of the page and select Settings from the drop-down menu.

  2. Scroll down and click Documents

  3. Click New Document

  4. In the Title box, type a title for your document

  5. Click Browse... and select the PDF file you wish to upload to insight

  6. Click Continue. Note: If you wish to exit without completing the upload, click Cancel.

  7. Use the built in form tool to add fields to the document as required. To add a field to be filled-in within the document, simply click the desired value and use your mouse to size the field.

    Supported fields include:

    Signature values
    Signature
    Initials
    Full Name

    Date values
    MM/DD/YYYY (Date)
    Month
    Day
    Year

    Other values
    Email
    Date of Birth
    Phone
    Custom Value

    Once all your fields have been entered, click Save.

That's it! Your document is now saved to Insight and you can use it for other workflows and processes.
