Generally, your members can reset their own password with our Forgot Password link. However, sometimes a member cannot receive the password reset email and link because the email is ending up in their spam folder or because the member no longer has access to their old email account. In that case any user who is at least a manager security level can manually reset the member’s password for them.
First search for the member’s account. Once you have found the member’s account, scroll down to the member list, and click the view button next to the desired member:
While viewing the member simply click the reset member password button to begin the reset process. You will be shown a temporary password that you will have to send to the member. Your member will be able to log in with the temporary password. Remember to have your member change their password as soon as they have logged in.
