Insight will automatically store SMS messages (a.k.a. text messages) sent using the Insight application. To view historical SMS messages, follow this process: Login to your Insight account, click the Home Icon in the upper right of the page, then click SMS in the dropdown Scroll down to the Group SMS Messages section and you will see your historical SMS messages. After you send a group SMS message (a.k.a. text message) or send an SMS message to an indvidual guest, recipients can reply back to the phone number associated with your Insigt account. You can view and reply to recent inbound SMS messages from within Insight. To view recent inbound text messages from all accounts that have not yet been replied to Login to your Insight account and navigate to Home Icon → SMS → Recent SMS Messages With No Reply.
